Straight up, I love to surf. With nearly 30 years logged in the water, surfing has shown me the world and revealed experiences unimaginable. Bottom line, nothing compares to the level of excitement when I wake up ready to shred. Every wave I catch is appreciated and singular. I’m here to spread that stoke and my vehicle is physical and mental preparation. I’ve been a certified trainer for 17 years with a career arc encompassing high school athletics to geriatric population. The majority of my current clientele is 25-50 years old aiming to reach their surf potential. Consistent continuing education, strong relationships with physical therapists, and learning from my mistakes has been the cornerstone of my success professionally. I’m proud to say I’ll be among the first generation of trainers that will retire as trainers. The blend of discipline from my training background and the stoke from surfing caught fire and forged Gnarmaste. It simply illustrates the balance of life in all facets. My craft is ever evolving and I’m here to grow with you. Gnarmaste.
